的 Outagamie County 辅导计划 is a one on one mentoring program connecting youth ages 6-17 with adult mentors in their community. 的 program is unique in that all of the youth are involved with Outagamie County 健康 and 人类服务 in the Child Welfare or Juvenile Justice System. Unlike other mentoring programs, youth are identified and referred to the program by County Social Workers. Our goal is to obtain adult mentors who will inspire and empower youth to succeed and prevent future involvement with "the system".

的目的 营养计划 is to reduce hunger and food insecurity, promote socialization and the health and well-being of persons aged 60 or older by providing assistance in gaining access to nutrition, disease prevention and health promotion services to delay the onset of adverse health conditions resulting from poor nutritional health or sedentary behavior.  的 营养计划 provides Congregate and 首页 Delivered Meal Service along with nutrition education, screening and counseling in accordance with the federal Older Americans Act.
