The purpose of the Outagamie County 高速公路 Department is threefold. First, the Department constructs and maintains the county trunk highway system (Lettered 高速公路s:  County A, County B等.) for the safe, convenient, and efficient movement of vehicles within Outagamie County. 第二个, the Department provides good quality, cost-effective roadway maintenance and construction services to the State of Wisconsin and local municipalities for state highways (Numbered 高速公路s:  Hwy 41, Hwy 441, Hwy 96等.) and local road systems (命名的道路). 最后, 部门计划, 项目, and implements necessary county trunk highway improvements to efficiently accommodate increased traffic demands generated from area growth, and to enhance economic development and new job growth in Outagamie County.
